Each of the following is an Adobe Acrobat PDF containing 3 awards: a Certificate of Appreciation, of Merit and of (Sunday School class/department) Promotion.

Each PDF uses fields; that is, you can type in information (and yes, just using Acrobat Reader*) before printing to have a printed certificate to award to someone. Fields are re-usable and intially are blank. If you hover your mouse over a field, a pop-up will tell you the information needed for that field. You can also edit the title field which typically just says "Pastor" to a more appropriate title as needed.

Click the picture for a bigger view of a sample of that award (samples do not contain real awards, but text to give you an idea of the award's appearance); only one sample is shown. Each PDF is contained within one to three ZIP archives (Windows XP natively handles ZIP files and most Linux distributions with KDE include ARK (which does ZIP files), but if you're using an older version of Windows and need something to handle ZIP files, Seven-Zip will do the job). Note: FortuneCity limits file sizes to less than 1 megabyte to thwart illegal software distributors; these files are my own creation. So all the files except the green award require more than one download to obtain the file; you must download each portion to get the whole file.
